★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くの耳鼻科と内科に通っているため、どうしてもここで薬を処方してもらうのですが、態度のわるい男性の薬剤師の方がいて残念に思います。薬を入れているカゴをバンバン音を立てて置いたり、処方箋をいれるカゴに処方箋やお薬手帳を入れたら舌打ちされたり、お会計のときも薬の説明をされてわからないことがあったので質問したら「(処方した)先生から特に言われてないなら大丈夫です」とあしらわれたことがあり、あまり良い印象がありません。決まって同じ男性薬剤師の方です。他の方は比較的丁寧に接してくれるので、★3です。

処方箋入れるトレーをバンッと音が鳴るほど投げるような置き方。
あの置き方なんですか？
普通に置けないのでしょうか？
待っているあいだも、見たくなくても目に入ってしまう態度悪すぎる対応に非常に不愉快です。
あれは本当にどうにかした方がいいと思いますよ。
常に機嫌悪いような印象です、ほんと。

違う薬局が居抜きで入る事を願います。
星一つも出したく無いです。
今までこんな薬剤師に出会った事が無いので本当にビックリしました。
キチンと薬の紹介や保存方法を教えて貰えず（薬の情報書には記載されてましたが、いつも説明して下さってました）帰宅して確認したり、検索したりと自分で調べないといけない状況です。
口頭は薬の飲む回数のみ。あとはこちらから、まとめて服用可か聞いた答えのみ。
子供の病気で行っているので、帰宅後こんな無駄な時間を取られたく無いです。
質問にもぶっきらぼうに一言二言。その後これ以上は聞かないとばかりにわざとらしく最敬礼より深いお辞儀後、即反転し奥へ…。
聞きたい事すら聞けませんでした。
お辞儀すれば良い問題ではありません。
接客業では無いかも知れませんが失礼過ぎます。
そちらは専門職、こちらは素人。聞きたい事を聞けない薬剤師は必要無いのではないでしょうか？
