★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一見とても綺麗に見えますが、椅子すべてが汚れています。布性だから食べこぼしや飲み物を溢したあとがあり、拭き取った様子無し。なので、家族が座るには、家族用の椅子があるといいです。なので星３つ。
入居条件に、ケアプランにはケチをつけないでください。注文しないでくださいとありました。ケアプランがアッサリ過ぎてびっくり。大丈夫なのか？と不安でしたが、ケアプランに無いこともしてくれるので、結果的に良いかと。通院付き添いや買い物代行、買い物同行は、無料です。入居引越もしてくれるので、楽ですが、入居時荷物整理は当然ですが家族です。

当て逃げしようとする運転者を留め、警察が来るまでのあいだその歩行者に対し運転者は「てめえは当たり屋か。」等の暴言。
尚且つ介護者を乗せているにもかかわらず、その運転者は免許証不所持。
事故扱いになった後に、施設の管理責任者と話し合いをするも不誠実な対応をされました。
こんな管理能力の無い施設に大切なご家族を入所させたいでしょうか？
