★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野地域でのパスポートの申請、受け取りはこちらでやります。月水金は8:30-17:00なのですが、火木は8:30-19:00と長めです。
合同庁舎の1階にあり、庁舎東側の駐車場から入ってすぐにあるのでわかりやすいです。
パスポート用の写真を撮るところは庁舎内にはありませんが、合同庁舎の正面出入口からでて左側(南側)のビル「長野県婦人会館」の1階に写真屋さんがあり、そこで撮れます。
受け取りには「収入印紙」と「長野県収入証紙」で手数料を支払う必要がありますが、合同庁舎の地下一階に売店があり、そこで購入することができます。
Here you can apply and receive your passport in the Nagano area. Mon-Wed is 8: 30-17: 00, but Thu is 8: 30-19: 00.
It's on the 1st floor of the Government Building, and it's easy to understand because it's right next to the parking lot on the east side of the building.
There is no place to take a photo for your passport, but there is a photo shop on the 1st floor of the building "Nagano Women's Hall" on the left side (south side) of the front entrance of the combined government building.
You will need to pay the fee with the "Revenue Stamp" and "Nagano Prefecture Revenue Stamp", but you can purchase at the shop on the first basement floor of the Joint Government Building.
