結論、美味しいホルモンは出てこなくて、むしろ噛み切れない、臭い、不味いホルモンでした。
個人の見解ですので、ワイルドな味、これが本物のホルモンだ！と言われればそうなんでしょう。
接客もお察し。
値段はそこそこ。いや焼肉屋としたら安いかな。
だったらボチボチの居酒屋に行けるな。

料金の割に量が少ないな..とは感じましたが、非常に美味しかったので感謝です。
特にセンマイ刺しの野趣のある臭みとキリッとした塩味が中毒的な美味しさでした。
牛タンも少々歯ごたえのある食感、旨味ともに最高でした。
ホルモンミックスも動脈まで入っていて本格的。
こういう本来のホルモンの美味さが味わえるお店がもっと流行って欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの牛タンと、カルビやハラミの盛り合わせを1つずつ、他にロースやカルビ、ホルモンを追加。ランチのタンの厚さにびっくり。盛り合わせのランチも厚さ、量共に満足。美味しくて肉を追加した次第。ランチのセットには大きなわかめスープや大きなサラダ、ナムルとキムチが4種類も並んだお皿、大根の漬物とご飯。
女子トイレは綺麗で様々なアメニティが揃っており、歯磨きセットと紙コップもあったので、食後に歯磨きができた。
