★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備士さんは良いのですが、受付の女性の方が無愛想です。こちらの要望を伝えたら提案もせず一方的に無理との事。こんなに感じの悪い方ははじめてです。おそらく二度とお世話になる事はないでしょう。
The mechanic is nice, but the lady at the reception is more unfriendly. When I told him this request, he couldn't make a suggestion. This is the first time for someone who feels so bad. You will probably never be taken care of again.

シンプルな手続き、迅速な作業、大変満足しました。メカニックからの説明も分かりやすく丁寧でした。
予約時間に訪問後、１時間ちょっとで終了、予約時に確認した金額のみの請求で追加料金は一切ありません。格安で車検を済ませる事ができました。リピート確定です。

After visiting at the reserved time, it will end in a little over an hour, and you will only be charged the amount confirmed at the time of booking and there will be no additional charge. I was able to complete the vehicle inspection at a low price. Repeat is confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検時は毎回利用させてもらってます。各種のオイル交換を含めても１時間待たずに早く、更に余計な部品も買わせようとせず迅速な対応と親切な説明で最安なので、とても満足してます。
I use it every time I have a car inspection. Even if you include various oil changes, it is quick without waiting for an hour, and it is the cheapest with quick response and kind explanation without trying to buy extra parts, so I am very satisfied.

予約時間少し前に到着すると、すぐにスタッフの方が声をかけてくださり、
作業も予定時間内で終了しました。
車検に関わるパーツや車両状態の説明はわかりやすく、整備士お二人が
丁寧に対応してくださいました。
今後は４輪車もこちらにお願いしようと思います。

車の車検もこちらに移そうかと思えるほど、フロント、サービスの両方の従業員さんの対応が素晴らしい。ディーラーに見習ってほしい。
初めてバイク車検で利用したときに、パーツの一部をノーマルに戻さなければならなかったとき、快く工具類を貸していただきアドバイスまでしてくれたのには感謝しかなかったです。
近隣にお住いの方は、ぜひ一度相談に来ていただければと思います。

4月から昭島に移転とのことで、とても残念です。
