★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月 任意継続の手続きに行きました。その際、旧保険証は返すように言われていたので、お返ししようと提出しましたが、「以前の職場に返して下さい」との事で、その旨職場にも伝えました。が、しばらくすると健保組合より「以前の保険証返却するように」との連絡が職場にあったようで…結局わざわざ郵送する事に！何故に遠い信濃町まで手続きに行った時に、受け取ってくれなかったのか疑問です‼️
Last month I went to a voluntary continuation procedure. At that time, I was told to return the old insurance card, so I submitted it to return it, but I told the workplace that I should return it to my previous workplace. However, after a while, the health insurance association told me that I would like to return my previous insurance card at the workplace… I decided to mail it after all! I'm wondering why I didn't receive it when I went to the distant Shinanomachi ️
