 The Soba Festival is lively once a year. A factory tour was also possible and it was a beautiful factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前長野の日穀製粉のうどんを買いましたがそれがとても美味しく、リピーしようと思ったら長野工場では製造しないと。ネットで探したら松本工場で作っていたようで早速取り寄せて食べましたが、全く口当たりが、違い非常に残念でした。
I bought Nikkoku Seifun udon noodles in Nagano before, but it was so delicious that I had to make it at the Nagano factory if I wanted to repeat it. When I searched on the net, it seemed that it was made at the Matsumoto factory, so I ordered it immediately and ate it, but the taste was completely different and I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新そばの予約販売会があったので、おそばとガレットの予約の電話して16日にドライブスルーで購入できました。おそば食べましたが、甘みがあり美味しかったのです。
ガレットは冷凍で作り方も入っていたので
親切です。
There was a reservation sale for new soba, so I called to make a reservation for soba and galette and was able to purchase it by drive-through on the 16th. I ate soba, but it was sweet and delicious.
The galette was frozen and included how to make it.
It's kind.
