出入口には地元の方の手作り花壇があり水芭蕉や色とりどり初夏の花が咲き誇っています。?
桜の古木が相対に植えられてそれぞれから枝がアーチ状に伸び合って、陽光を程よく遮り｢南町公園」の風情を遺憾なく発揮させています。????
一番奥のお家と公園とが仲良く共存していて実に楽しそうです。
こんな環境は羨ましい限りです。
遊具の一つに数人の子ども達が同じ方向を向いたまま座り、後ろから大人が手でゆっくり回す人力メリーゴーランドがあります。少しの力で回転したのでしょうが、今は少し錆び加減で回転が鈍いようです。
このメリーゴーランドにはなぜかしら郷愁を感じました。????
