U	U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大事な服を預けるには値しない、信頼できないお店です。海外高級ブランドのデニムの裾幅を詰めるリフォームをお願いしましたが、引き取りに行くと注文と違う仕上がりでした。受付の若い女性スタッフの雑な対応が原因です。年末の混雑している時期に預けました。こちらとしては要望を丁寧に伝えましたが、注文票に書いたメモはとても簡易なものでした。私はてっきり受付をしたその女性自身がリフォームの作業もするため、簡単なメモで済ませているのだと思っていました。繁忙期だったので10日ほど待たされ取りに行くと、完成品はオーダーとは違うものでした。裾幅を詰める位置が違っていました。さらに、作業中に引っ掛けたのか、ポケットのステッチは10cmほど糸がほつれ、飛び出していました。指摘すると、元からだと言われました。 1時間あれば直すと言われましたが、もう信用することはできず断りました。謝罪や返金などの対応はありませんでした。今後も大事に使いたいと思っていた服だったのでこのお店に預けたことを後悔しています。実際にリフォームの作業を担当したスタッフのスキルは低くないだけにもったいないです。受付スタッフに雑な対応をされたら、ご自身の要望はすべて注文票にメモ書きをさせ、ひとつひとつ確認をしながら注文することをオススメします。 It is an unreliable store that does not deserve important clothes.
