ミス自体、あいおいのミスです。
電話で対応下さったコールセンター（横浜支店？）の方やセンター南店の方は、大変丁寧に対応頂きました。
しかし、川崎店舗。１時間かけて行ったにも関わらず、適当なあしらい方で謝罪のひとつなし。ミスの内容説明すると、ニヤニヤ笑ってる始末。
こちらがムッとしたらやっと気付いたのか、それでついに「ご迷惑おかけしまして申し訳ありません」
保険会社でこんなに失礼な対応されたのは始めてです。

This is the first time an insurance company has been so rude.
