★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンが壊れたので、この会社の担当者に家に見てもらいに来たが、メーカーに修理を依頼する必要ありと言われた。
その際に、エアコンの型番をメーカーに間違えて伝えたせいで、交換用のパーツが合わなくなり、2日後にまたメーカーの方に修理に来てもらう必要が生じてしまった。
実際に家に来て現物のエアコンを見たにも関わらず、型番を間違えるという信じられないミスのせいで、休みの予定が潰れる事になりました。
