「救急車は呼ばないで欲しい」と言うので、その方の行きつけの、この接骨院に親切心で連れて行きました。
接骨院側から私が事故の加害者と決めつけられ治療費を迫られました。
わたしが「事故じゃない、念のため警察には連絡してあるが、状況から事故じゃないので検分は、明日やることになっている。」
と言ったのに、強引に社会的弱者のご老人ではなく、私に、「うちは治療代だけ払ってくれればいいんだよ。」と車の保険を使うよ迫られ、世間知らずの私はその圧力に負け加害者でもないのに治療費を取られました。
翌日の警察の検分で「事起は成立しない」と立証されましたが、一度、保険会社を使ってので、訂正もできず、警察の方に事故ではないけど、接骨院から迫られたことと、人身事故として扱ってもらうよう頼み、その後の車の保険料は3年間で、10万円上がり、親切心が仇となり非常に悔しい思いをしました。
一度、保険を使わせてしまえば、あとは保険会社に、接骨院側から「治療はまだ終わっていない。」と言い続けられるので、自分で転んだご老人も、保険会社の記録で、その後、長い間その接骨院に通っていました。
保険会社を使わせれば、利益率が高いため、院長接骨院はボロ儲けです。
