★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約束は守らない、やる事もやらない、担当者が知らない内に変わってる、国保使わせれば手続きを放置してこちらが市役所に書類を提出しに行かされる。１０対０の被害者にこの仕打ちって凄いですよ。こんな悪質な保険屋に加入してたら示談出来る事も出来なくなって禁錮に持って行かれるかもしれないな〜って思った。
I don't keep my promise, I don't do anything, the person in charge has changed without my knowledge, and if I use National Health Insurance, I will leave the procedure and go to the city hall to submit the documents. This treatment is amazing for 10-0 victims. I thought that if I joined such a vicious insurance company, I wouldn't be able to settle a settlement and I might be taken to imprisonment.

電話対応もチャットでのやり取りでも全くプロフェッショナリティの無いスタッフです。
一言で言うなら世間一般の常識も自動車損害の知識も欠如したひと昔前の保険屋体質がそのまんま！
