さっぱりしためんつゆが美味しかったね。
It is Ehime that there is no feeling in the width of the noodles with hand-made soba noodles.
The refreshing noodle soup was delicious.

でも?お蕎麦は茹ですぎで箸で持ち上げたらすっかり千切れてしまうほどです。出汁は超薄味、鴨肉は硬過ぎ。もう2度と行きません。何でこんな状態に⁉️?
こんな事書きたくないのに?
I went for lunch today. I ordered Kamonan soba for 1,200 yen and paid it properly.
But ? Soba is so boiled that if you lift it with chopsticks, it will be completely torn. The soup stock is super light and the duck meat is too hard. I will never go again. Why is this happening ⁉️?

It was a delicious 28 buckwheat noodles served in a soup stock with bonito stock. I definitely want to go eat again.
