★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か購入しているが、接客態度がいつも悪い。お花を買ってガッカリさせられるとか、本当に残念。特に御遣い物にはおすすめ出来ません。
 I have purchased it several times, but the customer service attitude is always bad. It's really disappointing to buy flowers and be disappointed. Especially not recommended for gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文の日付を間違えるは、花束の送り主の名前を間違えるは、営業時間21：00と書いてあるのに19：40分で留守番電話になるはで最悪。頭悪すぎとしか思えない。
If you make a mistake on the date of the order, or if you make a mistake in the name of the sender of the bouquet, it is the worst that you will get an answering machine at 19:40 even though it says business hours are 21:00. I think it's just too crazy.
