指輪のサイズ直しを2本お願いしたところ、仕上がりや代金にも満足できましたので、次回は20数年前の腕時計の修理をお願いしました。
時計の知識がたいへん豊富で、説明も丁寧で分かりやすく、代金も見積もりの範囲内で収まりました。お気に入りの時計をまた身につけることができて嬉しく思っています。
母も、昔の腕時計でもう部品がないと他店で聞いて、諦めていたロレックスをお願いしたところ、綺麗に蘇らせていただき大変喜んでいました。本当にありがとうございました。

25年前に友人から頂いた古い時計でしたので、もうメーカーに部品がない可能性もあったのですが、対応してくれた店員さんのご尽力により、無事修理出来ました。
その際、概算の見積をして頂き、納得して依頼しました。実際その額に収まりましたので良かったです。尚、現在コロナ禍の影響で修理に若干時間がかかるそうです。その点もきちんとお話しがあったので納得しています。
今後も修理などの際はこちらのお店を利用しようと思ってます。
