★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 集合住宅では「セナリオコート」を施工・運営してるようですが、アパートとしては建物の造りがとんでもなく悪い。壁が薄いのか音に対してはレオパレベル、扉の立て付け等がやっつけレベル。
運営面も入居者を自社社員と勘違いしている様子。会社寮じゃないぞ。
戸建てでも基本は変わらないでしょう。覚悟して臨んでください。
Although the apartment seems to be construction and operation of the "Senariokoto", build the building is bad ridiculously as apartment. Reopa level, Tatetsuke such as door beat level against the wall is thinner or sound.
State also operational aspects are misunderstanding the tenants and their employees. Not a company dormitory.
The basics will not change in a detached house. Please be prepared.
