初めてだったのでギックリ腰と言われた時はショックでしたが、早めに診ていただいたので酷くならずにすみました。
小山先生は生活習慣や癖から原因を見つけてくれたり、自宅で出来る予防ストレッチも教えてくださいます。
信頼出来る先生に出会えて良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学生の子供が腰椎分離症で通い始めました。身体の柔軟性を上げ、症状が出ないための自宅で出来るストレッチや体幹トレーニングを教えていただきました。
今では腰椎分離症も完治し、元気にサッカーをする事が出来てます。
An elementary school child started attending with lumbar spondylolisthesis. He taught me how to stretch and core training at home to increase the flexibility of the body and prevent symptoms.
Now that my lumbar spondylolisthesis has completely healed, I can play soccer energetically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に長い期間、坐骨神経痛と膝の痛みに悩まされていました。その場しのぎのマッサージや治療院にどれだけ通ったかわからないほどです。痛みは一向におさまらず、歩くことが心底苦痛でした。
Facebookで小山先生の治療院を知ったのは、まさしく運命としか思えません。初めて治療院に伺った時は『この痛みが治るわけない』と諦めの気持ちしかありませんでした。ところが❗️先生のマジックハンドで1時間後にはウソのように身体が楽になっていました。それ以来、先生に身体のメンテナンスをしていただいています。
まだ長い距離は少し辛いですが、今では外を歩くことが楽しみになってきています。
先生との出会いは今では宝物です。

I have been suffering from sciatica and knee pain for a really long time. I don't know how much I went to a makeshift massage or treatment clinic. The pain did not subside at all, and walking was a real pain.
It seems fate to know Dr. Koyama's treatment center on Facebook. When I first visited the clinic, I had no choice but to give up, saying, "This pain cannot be cured." However, ❗️'s magic hand made me feel better like a lie one hour later. Since then, my teacher has been doing physical maintenance.
It's still a bit painful for long distances, but now I'm looking forward to walking outside.
Meeting the teacher is now a treasure.
