広島市の電気工事会社で働いていた男性が２０１６年、自ら命を絶った。長時間労働や、元請けの清水建設側の叱責（しっせき）による労災と認定された。損害賠償を求めて遺族は電気工事会社を提訴。亡くなったのは栗栖（くりす）祐磨（ゆうま）さん（当時２１）。訴状などによると、栗栖さんは２０１５年に大栄電業（広島市西区）に入社し、１６年５月から清水建設が元請けの工事で施工管理を担当。同年８月１２日、清水への派遣社員で、現場監督だった男性から強く叱られ、早退した。以来出社せず、１５日に行方不明となり６日後に市内のダム湖で亡くなっているのが発見された。
Strong rebuke, 21-year-old death in dam lake Worker's accident recognition by the main contractor
A man who worked for an electric construction company in Hiroshima City died in 2016. It was recognized as a work-related injury due to long hours of work and resignation by the Shimizu construction side of the original contractor. The bereaved sues an electric construction company for damages. Kurisu (Yuma) -san (21 at that time) died. According to the complaint, Mr. Kurisu joined Daiei Electric (Nishi-ku, Hiroshima City) in 2015, and was in charge of the construction management for the construction work originally undertaken by Shimizu Corporation from May 2004. On August 12 of the same year, a temporary employee to Shimizu was strongly beaten by a man who was a field supervisor and retired early. Since then he has not come to work, but has been found missing on the 15th and died six days later at the dam lake in the city.
