自律神経から体を整えてもらう整体で、
体のコリだけでなく、体のリズムが整った気がします。
なによりも
夜なかなか寝れなかったのですが、
副交感神経が働くようになったのか、
ぐっすり寝る事ができるようになりました。
疲れが取れやすくなってきた気がします。
月に一度は通いたいと思いました。
