★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入後、疑問な点があり再度品物を持って伺ったのですが、店員の接客が…あの対応の仕方は不愉快でした。誰とは書きませんが。1人の接客で顧客を信頼を無くしてイメージダウンさせてしまうんですよ？接客とはそういうお仕事だと思うんです。
もうマリアージュフレールは買いません。
これを目にする事で、問題定義し何かが変わってもらえるなら、投稿した意味があるかなと思い投稿させて頂きました。
マリアージュフレール様の紅茶はファンで良く買わせて頂いたので。最後に。
