★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慢性的な首肩コリで、常に肩が重く痛いのが当たり前だったのですが、2時間ほど時間が空いたので口コミもよかったので、急遽予約し骨盤矯正をお願いしたところ、今自分の身体のどこが歪んでいて、歪みが原因でどんな症状が出てしまっているのかを詳しく丁寧に教えていただきました。
60分でしたが施術後は首や肩が施術前と比べ、軽くなりとても動かしやすく感じました。
また椅子に座っていると今までは無意識に猫背になっていて、身体の歪みからだったのかその姿勢が楽だったのですが、施術後は自然と背筋が伸びその姿勢でいることが苦痛ではないことに驚きました！
一度ではまたすぐに戻ってしまうとのことなので、自分の身体を労るつもりで定期的に通いたいと思います。
日常の癖などで歪んでしまった身体を整える骨盤矯正おすすめです！
