※当方は6年目自己所有の欧州車。損傷はそれほど大きくないが、輸入車であるため部品交換費用が高額となるケース。
大事にしていた車ですし、それほど年式経過していないため、修理して乗り続けたかったのですが、相手保険に対物超過修理費用特約が付帯されているにも関わらず、特約を使用してもらえませんでした。
結果として当方の車両は経済的全損となり、廃車にせざるを得なくなりました。
加害側であるにも関わらず自己の利益を優先するあたり、全く誠意を感じることのできない会社と言わざるを得ません。
