★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のどらやきと 珍しい栗きんとんどらやきを購入。
一個250円で他店より高目だが、とにかく大きい。普通のどらやきは何と一個550kcalもあるので、下手したら一食分相当!!
厚めの皮に甘さ控えめでちょっと塩味を感じる餡がギッシリ詰まっており、食べ応え有り。
一方、栗きんとんどらやきは、栗きんとん+つぶ餡ではなく、やはり厚めだが黒糖たっぷりの皮に甘さ控えめの栗きんとんがたっぷり。
栗きんとんは、栗の小さな粒も入っており、食感も楽しめる。自分はこちらの方が好みかな?
I bought ordinary dorayaki and rare Kuri-kinton dorayaki.
It costs 250 yen per piece, which is higher than other stores, but it's big. One ordinary dorayaki has 550kcal, so if you're not good at it, it's equivalent to one meal !!
The thick skin is packed with bean paste, which has a modest sweetness and a slightly salty taste, and is very satisfying to eat.
On the other hand, Kuri-kinton Dorayaki is not Kuri-kinton + bean paste, but rather thick but brown sugar-rich skin with plenty of sweetness.
Kuri-kinton also contains small grains of chestnut, and you can enjoy the texture. Do you prefer this one?
