★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人の紹介で利用しました。袴もここで選び、振袖の時にもOndine様にお世話になりました。親身になって提案してくださり、スタッフの方々の対応がよかったです！会員の特典がよく、振袖レンタル時に加入すると袴は半額で選ぶことができます。大学の生協で選ぶよりも安いので、おすすめです。
I used it to introduce my friend. I chose Hakama also here, and thank Mr. Ondine for my wife Kimono. We suggested to be kind and the staff members' correspondence was good! Membership benefits are good, and if you join the kimono rental you can choose Hakama at half price. It's cheaper than picking it at university co-op, so it is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当日のヘアメイク、着付けが特に酷かったです。ヘアメイクの際に髪型のイメージ写真を持参してメイクも希望を聞かれたので指定しましたが、髪型は写真とは全く違う仕上がりで驚きました。メイクも担当者の普段使いの私物と思われる化粧品の使い回しで、アイラインすら綺麗に引けておらず手際も悪くて素人レベルです。
成人式当日にとても悲しい気持ちになりました。やり直しをお願いしたものの感じ悪く既に仕上がってる部分を少し直す程度で、メイクは最終的に自分でやりなおしました。
着付けをしてくださった方は感じの良い方々でしたが、仕上がったあと帯の柄の華やかな部分が見えず柄のないところが前にきてしまっていたのが残念でした。
(星0にしたいところですが最低評価が星1なので、、)
The hair makeup and dressing on the day was particularly terrible. When I made my hair, I brought an image photo of my hairstyle and asked for makeup, so I specified it, but I was surprised that the hairstyle was completely different from the photo. Makeup is also a reusable use of cosmetics that seems to be the personal belongings of the person in charge, and even the eyeliner is not drawn cleanly and it is not good at the amateur level.
I felt very sad on the day of the coming-of-age ceremony. I asked him to redo it, but it didn't feel good, and I just fixed a little bit of the already finished part, and finally I did the makeup myself.
The people who dressed me were nice, but it was a pity that I couldn't see the gorgeous part of the obi pattern after finishing, and the part without the pattern came to the front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日店頭にて卒業袴の試着を利用させて頂きました。ですが、、対応して頂いた若い女性のスタッフ様が本当に驚くくらい接客というか対応が冷たく残念でした。入店後記入する書類に渡されたボールペンもインクが出ず、他のペンをお願いすると呆れたように「、、これで良いですか？」と愛想もなく渡されました。そして事前にWebで申し込んでいた試着希望の卒業袴を準備して頂けたのは良かったのですが、事務的に試着を淡々と進められ、試着後形式的な「どうですか？」という言葉も顔も身体もこちらを向いておらず終始不機嫌のような冷たさを感じてしまいました。袴のことやデザインについて聞いても、「えっと、全部Webのカタログに書いてあるので。」の一点張りで、パンフレットを頂けるか聞いても「でも今日着たデザインは載っていないので、、。それが載るパンフレット？ないです。」の返答に会社で言い方や表情の教育はどうなっているのだろう、？と思ってしまう自分がいました。
自分も気を遣ってしまい十分に選べず、6着ほど合わせて頂いたのですが結局30分足らずでお店を出ました。
正直、初めての卒業袴を選ぶ最初のお店がこちらでしたので期待して伺ったのですが、このような形となって非常に残念でした。
