アップライトピアノの買い取りを依頼。相見積の結果、他業者より1万ほど高かったので電話で回答。 ・回答電話の際、¥5000値切られ、不快に感じたがまだ他業者より若干高かったため仕方なく依頼 ・引取時間は、引取の前夜に確定してから電話する(それまでわからない)と言われ了承 ・いったん確定した引取日に所用ができて、前夜までピアノ引取の時間がわからないのは不都合のため、日程のキャンセルをメールで申し入れる ・富士楽器側から、キャンセルの了承と代替日を教えてほしいとの回答メールあり。繁忙期で日程が決まらなかったため代替日を決められないまま、すでにキャンセルしたはずの日を迎える ・朝10時に、突然、運送業者が着いてるので対応するように電話あり。そこは普段空き家で、インタホンが故障のまま放置していた ・たまたまその時、空き家にいたものの、その日はキャンセル済みだしそもそも前夜に引取時間の連絡なんてなかったので抗議したが、事前に連絡メール済みと言い張る(後で確認したら、なんと業者が到着する直前10分前の発信) ・運送業者さんを待たせたまま迷惑かけてるのはかわいそうだから、ひとまず対応してピアノを引き取ってもらう ・買取価格をいちど値切られているので警戒したが、それ以上の値切りはなく代金はきちんと払ってもらえた(支払いは運送業者さんが代行) ・その後、着信メールを確認すると「代替日の連絡がなかったから行っちゃうよよろしく」的な内容。そんなもん朝のしかも直前にメールしてきてどないせいっちゅうねん。そもそもキャンセルされてないと言い張るならば、なんで前夜に引取時間の連絡電話が無かったのか。話が違うやろ。ひとを馬鹿にするのも大概に… ・状況から考えると、おそらく運送業者さんにキャンセルの連絡をしておらず、そのまま業者が現場(当方のピアノが設置されている空家)に向かってしまったため、引っ込みがつかず強行突破を狙ったんだろうと思われる 以上、今回は結果オーライだったが(たまたまその時間、ピアノ設置場所の空き家にいたからよかったものの、いない可能性のほうが高かった)、富士楽器側がキャンセルと認識していたのは前日に引取時間の連絡電話がなかったことから明白。見え見え。 にもかかわらず、いっさい非を認めないまま強行突破されたことには大いに不信感を持つ。 家族、友人、アマチュアミュージシャン仲間の知り合いには今回の不誠実な対応はすでに共有済み。 うち、使わないピアノを持つ家庭、個人がいくつもあるが、売却検討の際には対象化から外すことも推奨済み。
