北浜で一時停止無視したかと思ったら、運転手が窓から手出しながらタバコ吸ってて、まさかと思ったらそのままポイ捨て。
人としてどうですか？
6/10水曜日13:50分頃、大阪市中央区、北浜の三井住友銀行の真横で。
ポイ捨てした隣にベンツが止まってたし、通行人もいるのだから、窓から手垂らしてタバコの煙を撒き散らすのってどうかな？
調べたら不動産の物件の管理してるんでしょ？

There was a Mercedes Benz next to my litter, and some passers-by, so why don't you just hang it from the window and scatter the smoke?
