安	安田太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設管理が出来てない。消火器などの大切な設備がなかったり、期限が切れている。扉や手すりが高い位置にあり転けた方が手を伸ばしても届かない可能性があると思います。職員さんが少ないせいか暴れられている方の対応が粗末で来客にも対応しきれていない。と感じました。あくまでも自分が見てきた介護施設の中でも悪いと感じました。があくまで自分が感じたことですので幾つかの施設を見て検討されるのが良いと思います。 Facility management is not possible.
