お刺身は凄く活きがよく量もたっぷり大満足でした☺️

料理は和風イタリアンという感じで、1品1品丁寧な作りで楽しめました。
席はテーブル席と仕切られた部屋があります。
今回はコースだったので、前菜、海鮮サラダ、お刺身、鯛の煮付け、ハマグリのスープ、グラタン、豚の角煮、デサートアイスなどバラエティにとんだ料理でたいへん楽しめました。
個人で行った際は単品での注文でも楽しめそうです。ぜひまた利用したいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三次に車で出張の際､味工房 まささん初めてランチタイムに伺いました。鮭といくらの親子チャーハンを戴きました。とても美味しかったです。三次でランチの美味しいお店が見つかって良かったです。宿泊のときは夜伺いたいですね。
