私が思うに今まで勤めてきた会社の中でワースト1位です。
理不尽、矛盾、見た目偏見、いじめ、パワハラ大国。
特に現場の大関が最悪。
無能な動物の集いでした。

Especially Ozeki at the scene is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年1月31日22時25分頃、ナンバープレート6518のトラックが信号無視。運転免許持ってんのか？それとも『歩車分離』が読めないカスなの？他所の東プレのドライバーかも知れないけど、相模原市内走ってたからココのヤツだと思われるので一応。東プレのトラック見たら、轢き殺されないように気を付けて下さいね。

残業は当たり前。協力できない方は雇わない。
面接担当者の木岡係長さんの話によりますと8時間勤務でやると皆さん頑張らないので最初から残業を付けて12時間勤務にしているそうです。
それで職場の皆さんに頑張ってもらって早く終われば早く帰ると言ったやり方です。確かに残業代込々ですと高給ですが、どうなんでしょうかね。
I interviewed and declined. It's like a workplace with overtime.
Overtime is a matter of course. If you can't cooperate, don't hire.
According to the interviewer, Mr. Kioka, if you work 8 hours, everyone will not work hard, so you will have to work overtime for 12 hours from the beginning.

残業は金曜以外、毎日1~2時間あります。特に忙しいときは3時間あります。
残業するのが当たり前という雰囲気でとても断りずらいです。祝日休みはありません。祝日の分はお盆休みやゴールデンウィークにくっ付いて長くはなりますが祝日がない働き方は私には嫌でした。
なので3連休などもありません。 目の前は車の通りが激しく歩道は狭く危ないです。なので通勤もストレスでした。私は住んでませんが、社宅もその道路の目の前にあり正社員が住んでいて、車の騒音が気にならないのかと思っていました。会社が隣で楽とはいえ、会社のために生きているようで何が楽しみで生きているんだろうと思いました。スーパーは近くになくコンビニで買っている感じでした。山が見える中途半端田舎でした。

I don't live, but the company housing is right in front of the road, and full-time employees live there, so I was wondering if the noise of the car wouldn't bother me. Although the company is next door and easy, I wondered what I was looking forward to living for the company. The supermarket wasn't nearby and I felt like I was buying it at a convenience store. It was a halfway countryside where you could see the mountains.
