★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォームの依頼をしたのに勝手に新築の提案をしてきたので、クレームを言ったら、それまで連絡していたメールのブロックをされた。
担当者が悪いのか、会社の体制が悪いのかまではわかりませんが、期待していたのにガッカリな会社です。
Even though I requested a remodeling, I made a proposal for a new construction without permission, so when I made a complaint, I was blocked from the email I had contacted until then.
I don't know if the person in charge is bad or the system of the company is bad, but it is a disappointing company even though I expected it.
