★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業の男性が最悪でした。モデルハウスの見学で行きましたが、住宅の説明はこちらが聞かないと一切してくれませんでした。(後をついて回るだけ)
また資金面に関して、他の住宅メーカーに相談した方がいいと思いますと言われました。
(うちでは相談するな！という意味？)
FPに相談した方がいいかと聞くと、住宅資金関係を完全に把握できるFPは1人もいない(断言してました)からオススメしないと言われました。
(でもクラシスホームには提携しているFPさんはいるようです。矛盾してませんか？)
その他気になる点は多々ありましたが、モデルハウスはとてもキレイで良かったと思います。
クラシスホームにお願いするなら、別の営業さんに担当してもらおうと思いました。

The sales man was the worst. I went on a tour of the model house, but he didn't give me any explanation about the house unless I asked him. (Just follow)
I was also told that I should consult with other housing manufacturers regarding financial aspects.
(Does it mean we don't consult!)
When I asked if I should consult with an FP, I was told that I wouldn't recommend it because there is no FP who can fully understand the housing finance relationship (I affirmed).
(But it seems that there is an affiliated FP in Classis Home. Isn't there a contradiction?)
There were many other points to worry about, but I think the model house was very clean and nice.
If I ask Classis Home, I thought I would have another sales person take charge.
