傘を受け取ると、特に何も言わずに作業開始。作業終了後、「この長さのパーツがうちにないから、短いやつでやった。またすぐ壊れるかもしれない。800円。（金額はうろ覚えです。800〜1000円くらいでした）」と言われました。
既に作業終了しているので、お支払いしましたが、パーツもなく、直る可能性が低いのなら、作業する前に言うべきだと思います。見積りせずに勝手に作業されて、気分が悪かったです。
案の定、２、３回使用したら壊れました。
２度と来ません。

As expected, it broke after using it a few times.
Never come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひと月前履いている靴の踵を直してもらおうと伺ったところ、コロナ下だからスリッパを自分で用意してくれ…と言うので、後日、スリッパを持参して伺ったら、今日は依頼がたくさん来ているからムリ…と、二度目の追い返し。
そもそもお店が自店スリッパを除菌するアルコールを用意していれば、最初の訪問で直せたのでは？？
他の良い店も見つけたし、知人もですけどこの店にはもう行きません。
