The sweets using rice flour, rice cake, and amazake are delicious. I am particular about the material. I particularly like bagels and baked bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楢山行った帰り、卵を使ってないと看板にあったので興味があったので買いました❗卵使ってなくてもおいしかったです。卵アレルギーの人にはいいと思います。
I went back to Mt. Sasayama, and I was interested because I was on a signboard without using eggs, so it was delicious even if I didn't use the eggs I bought. I think it is good for people with egg allergy.

がりがりラスク（ちょい塩）、ごまちゃん、くるみカリッツ、ばっちゃ焼きを購入。
がりがりラスク（ちょい塩）は、厚さ1mmほどの薄いラスクにほんのりと塩味が付いています。そこまで硬くもなく、軽い食感です。
ごまちゃんは、黒ごまが練り込まれたクッキー。黒ごまの風味をそのまま味わえます。
くるみカリッツは、胡桃が練り込まれた棒状のクッキー。軽い口当たりです。
ばっちゃ焼きは、このお店の看板のような商品。小麦粉で作られたお焼きのようなもので、数種類の味があります。
頂いたチラシによると、バースデーケーキも注文できるとの事。ヴィーガンのバースデーケーキは、とても珍しいのではないでしょうか。
