M	M Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんお優しい方ばかりでしたが、初診での事前予約に手違いがあり、「あなたが間違っているのではないか。」と強く受付の方に言われて不快になりました。「待っていたのに来なかった」等たくさん言われました。事前にお電話した際には、初診でも予約はできますか？など確認いたしました。「はい、できますよ。」とおっしゃっていただきましたが、たしかに証拠は残っていません。。。電話を「いつかけたのか、担当は誰だったのか」など詳しく聞かれて困りました。「本当は、別日ではないのか。」などしつこかったので、ここの病院はやめたほうがいいだろうかと少し悩みました。しかし、診察で先生や他の方々がお優しかったので、気分良く帰宅しました。ありがとうございました。 All of them were kind, but there was a mistake in the advance reservation at the first visit, and the receptionist strongly said, "I think you are wrong." It made me uncomfortable. Many people said, "I was waiting, but I didn't come." If I call in advance, can I make a reservation even for the first visit? I confirmed. You said, "Yes, you can," but there is certainly no evidence left. .. .. I was in trouble when I was asked in detail such as "when did you call and who was in charge?" I was a little wondering if I should quit the hospital here because I was persistent, such as "Isn't it really another day?" However, the doctor and other people were kind to me during the examination, so I felt good when I came home. Thank you very much.
