★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が入居していますが、支配人をはじめ職員がどいつもこいつも偉そう。横暴にも程があります。挨拶もしません。ヘルパーさんは皆さん親切ですのでお菓子などをお渡しするのですが、職員に怒られ取り上げられてしまうようで1度も口にされないということでした。普段排泄物の交換をしてくださるヘルパーの方もきちんと挨拶してくださいますが、職員はいつも無視します。以前にも電話で問い合わせたことはありますが、男性の支配人が「そうなんですねー失礼しましたー」と事務的に返答され切電。その後、改善された様子はありません。この施設には入れない方がいいよとママ友の間でも話題です。
 My mother is in there, but the manager and other staff members are always great. There is a degree to domineering. I don't say hello. The helpers are all kind, so I give them sweets, but I heard that the staff members got angry and picked me up, so I never said anything. The helpers who usually exchange excrement will also greet you properly, but the staff will always ignore them. I've made inquiries over the phone before, but the male manager replied administratively saying, "That's right-I'm sorry." After that, there seems to be no improvement. It is a hot topic among mom friends that they should not enter this facility.
