It hasn't been replaced for months since the lights in the common corridor went out. It's right in front of my room, so do it yourself. The management company is notorious for its bad reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時はすごく丁寧ですが、退去時の対応は最悪です。「これから金をくれる人」にしか優しくしない会社なのかな？ここの管理物件には2度と入らないようにしようと思う対応でした。
It is very polite when moving in, but the response when moving out is the worst. Is it a company that is only kind to "people who will give me money from now on"? It was a response that I tried not to enter the managed property here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住み替え物件を探していたところ、こちらの店舗にいらっしゃる阿部さんにお世話になりました。すごく丁寧で感じもよく、相談や不安事にも親切に回答してくださいました。内覧に来ていただいたにも関わらず、自分の都合で結局は別で物件を決める事にしましたが、嫌な顔せず応援してくださいました。物件選びはとても大切なイベントなので、仲介会社や管理会社選びが本当に大切です。物件が良くても管理会社や仲介会社が良くなければ後々トラブルになることもあります。こちらの阿部さんは本当に親切で詳しくなんでも正直に話してくださる信頼のおける方です！是非おすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらに越して来た者ですが、給湯器は壊れてお湯は出ないし和室の電気傘は外れたり?エアコンのリモコンは錆びて使えないし郵便受けは外れます。それに誤作動で非常ベルはなるし、動物は飼ってはいけない決まりなのに猫を飼ってたりで最悪状態です。住民の事を考えて居るのか不安になります。家賃を下げて貰いたいものです。

他にも住人のマナーは悪い(2階なのに何故かマット履いてないやつとか、叫びながら歌ってるやつとか
電話しても高圧的、名前は知らない。
The guy in the house next to the property he manages left his bicycle in the extortion corridor.
Other than that, the manners of the residents are bad (the one who doesn't wear a mat for some reason even though it's on the second floor, the one who sings while screaming, etc.
