SUUMOを介して物件の初期費用を何件か問い合わせたが全く違う(家賃紹介のみ)内容のメールが届くだけで全然答えてくれずただただ店舗へのお誘いメールが届くのみ。その後も勧誘的メールが何度も届いたので対応すらしたくなかった。暫くすると届いたメールはこちらからこの店舗のサイトへアクセスしてメール解約手続きをしろ、でなければ個人情報を廃棄出来ないから。じゃないと個人情報廃棄しないぞと言うもの。何なんだ?この不動産屋!この後は物件探しなどしたく無いと思ったのでブロックしました。変な奴からショートメール届くようになったが確たる証拠が無いので此方から何も言えない。今では然るべき措置も若干考えています。全く不快な詐欺まがいの店舗です。何故こちらが廃棄手続きをしなければいけない!お前らが責任持って廃棄するなりして個人情報扱うのは当然だろ?最悪でした。

急な引越しで短期間で物件を探さないといけませんでしたが、丁寧に対応して頂きいいおうちがみつかりました! こちらのタイトなスケジュールに柔軟に対応して頂きましたし、内見してすぐ契約ができとても助かりました。 探していただいたおうちもミニミニさんの管理物件?のようでかなり初期費用を抑えることが出来ました。 引越しシーズンでその他の費用がかなり高めだったのでありがたかったです。 本当にありがとうございました!! また引越す際はお願いしたいです!!

他の方のクチコミのような言葉遣いや態度が悪いという事はなかった。が、他の方のクチコミを見ると担当にもよるし、気の弱い方などは付け込まれるのかもしれない。 ただこれはこの店に限らず不動産業界全般そうだと思う。本当に業界全体自浄作用がないので法規制や刑事での罰則規定を強化してもらう以外に改善は無理だろう。 法律上、入居者が払う必要のない余計なオプションは色々盛られていたが、不要と伝えればゴネずに消してもらえたのでまだ都内の他の仲介業者よりはマシかも。仲介手数料も一律半月分で他より安いし。 ただ自社管理物件に入居したが管理部門(今はミニミニグループの別会社が物件管理を担当)が良くない。 個別の物件オーナーの管理姿勢にもよるのかもしれないがハウスクリーニング入れたにも関わらず入居初日にすでにカビが生え、カーテンレールは外れかけ、壁はヤニで黄ばみ異臭がするのを芳香剤だけ置いてごまかす惨状だった。カビもヤニも自分でカビキラーやマイペットで拭いたりつけ置きですぐ落ちたので清掃の手抜きとチェックの手抜きだと思う。適切に管理されているとは言えない状態だった。 その他、直接対応しない裏方も含めて杜撰というか適当というか連絡不備や抜け漏れ等は多い。改善しますとは書かれているが、店長職も含めて人の入れ替わりの激しい業界なので期待するのは厳しいだろう。 純粋に入居までの仲介契約だけの付き合いで他社の管理物件という条件付きで、上記の杜撰さに目を瞑れる、細かく自分でチェックしてツッコミできる方などデメリットを理解した上であれば仲介手数料設定は良心的なので利用しても良いのかなと思う。
