★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用件があり電話にて問い合せをしたが3分くらい保留されて驚いた。しかも女性が応対したが若い方なのか知らないが質問してもムスっとした声で分かねますの一辺倒。言葉遣いも悪かった。総務はどんな教育をされているのだろう。こんないい加減な事をしていると会社としての信頼を失うだろう。
 There was a subject and I made an inquiry by telephone but I was surprised that it was held for about 3 minutes. Moreover, although a woman answered but it does not know whether it is a young person, even if asking a question, it can not be confirmed by the voice which was mused. Wording was also bad. What kind of education is going on in the general affairs? You will lose the trust as a company if you do something ridiculous like this.
