カルディみたいにここでしか売っていないような珍しい食品、菓子、調味料、飲み物などが揃っていますが、デパートということもあり全般的に値段が高めです。中には普通のスーパーなら160円前後で買えるキッコーマンの豆乳が300円以上で売られていたりしますので、安さを求めるなら他のスーパーに行くべきでしょう。
なお、長野駅やMIDORIからは長野電鉄の地下通路からつながっているため、(階段を上り下りしなければならず、バリアフリー設計ではありませんが)一回も外に出ないで入ることが可能です。
