★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社のある女性社員から、労働基準局も呆れるほどの酷いモラハラを受け、適応障害からうつ病を発症させられ退職しました。社会復帰まで一年かかりさた。とにかく社員受け入れ体制、社員教育がまったくなされておらず、この女性に限らず罵倒、モラハラ、人格否定、いじめが日常的に行わています。あり得ないことだらけでした。
 A female employee of this company suffered from severe mobbing that even the Labor Standards Bureau was amazed at, and suffered from depression due to adjustment disorder and retired. It took a year to reintegrate into society. Anyway, there is no employee acceptance system and employee education at all, and not only this woman but also taunts, mobbing, personality denial, and bullying are carried out on a daily basis. It was full of impossible things.
