細かいルールがたくさんあります。
施設の大人は子供のカーストを作ったり
裏や本人の前で悪口を言っていたり
相談だって聞き入れてもらえなかったり
表での身体的暴力こそはないものの、
大人の行動、態度、言動が良くないことが多く、
気に入られた子に関しては
ルールを守らなかったりしてもほとんどのことは許されてしまうか
他の子のせいになるので
そこからお互いがぶつかり合いだして更に差別されるようになったりします。
自分も気に入られなかった側であり、
関係のないことも怒られてきたので
大人の言うことをどこまで信じていいのかわからなくなりました。
ルール自体もルールの存在理由もモラル的な理由から存在してる、作られてるものは少なく
過去にこういう事をした子(大体退所済み)がいたから、
なんてものがほとんどでしたし…
ちなみに詳しいことは分かりませんが
幼児さんの過ごすお家の方からは
毎日泣き声叫び声が聞こえてきてました。
