Y	Yuichi Hoshino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前まで駅の西側は長く区画整理工事がされており、土の山と荒れ地しか無かったが、ようやく工事がほぼ終わり、綺麗なロータリーが整備されて開発も進んだ。新しいロータリーに志木方面へ行くバスが発着するが、埼玉大学へ行く場合は少し歩いたところの埼大通りを走るバスの方が本数が多い。与野市内の埼京線の駅ではもっとも利用者が多い駅で、長年快速停車要望があったが、２０１９年１１月からついに停車する･･･といってもね。という感じである。 Until a few years ago, the west side of the station had long been reorganized, and there were only dirt mountains and wasteland, but finally the work was almost over, and a beautiful rotary was set up and development progressed. There are buses going to Shiki in the new roundabout, but if you go to Saitama University, there are more buses that run on Saidai-dori just a short walk away. It is the station with the most users among Saikyo Line stations in Yono City, and there has been a request for a rapid stop for many years, but it will finally stop in November 2019. It is a feeling.

There is also a glass-enclosed waiting room on the platform. Under the overpass, there are NewDays, Maruetsu, McDonald's, ramen shops, medical malls, parking lots, and bicycle parking lots. This is the first bus to Shiki Station and Kita-Asa Kasumi Station on the Tobu-Tojo Line.

k	katuDZH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前周辺には商店等見当たらないが西口出た近くには中華食堂が二軒有る。改札を出た正面にスーパーとコンビニが在りスーパーの中にはマクドナルドの店舗がある（2020年末に駅から少し離れた所に移転） There are no shops around the station, but there are two Chinese restaurants near the west exit. There is a supermarket and a convenience store in front of the ticket gate, and there is a McDonald's store in the supermarket (moved to a place a little away from the station at the end of 2020)
h	hiroshi akiike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マックとコンビニ、駅前には空き地とマンションしかないので、遊びに行くときの待ち合わせに使うような駅ではないけど、タクシーはいついっても何台か待ってるし、その点は助かる。 There are only vacant lots and condominiums in front of the Mac and convenience stores, so it's not a station to use for meetings when going out to play, but even if there are taxis, there are several waiting, which is helpful.

The station environment is clean and commuters are very organised in their movements. Crowded trains are a problem but the people are very disciplined. Overall it is a convenient station.
