★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芳泉小学校・中学校の体育館の１Fにあたる造りです。緑道公園から入ります。駐車場が少なく停めにくい。バック駐車禁止のため出るときに出にくいしぶつけてしまわないか心配になる。幼稚園・小学校・中学校・高校がある場所で出入りの際には人通りに注意が必要。周囲に桜が植えられており春は遠出しなくても桜並木の下を通れる。お花見穴場スポットかも。
館内のトイレが様式は車椅子用しかなくて小さい子供連れには不便。地域の催しやサークル活動もしている。図書の本もあり子供でもカードを作って貸し出ししてもらえる。手続きはセルフ方式で返却はカードを返して自分で元の位置に戻すようになっている。
資源化物のリサイクルboxがありビン・缶なども捨てられる。
