ぼ	ぼんくら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁工事をお願いしました。工事そのものは全て社外の職人さんが行なってくれるので、クオリティーには満足してます。しかし、MIMAさんの社員の現場監督はめちゃくちゃで、見積書に足場設置があるのにやらないかもと言って、いきなり今日の午後に設置すると言い出して待ってたら16時に設置開始したりしてました。また、打ち合わせ時にコーキングする場所を確認してたのですが、コーキングしてなかったので、後日職人さんコーティングをやり直してもらいました。2週間程度の工事期間で他にも色々ありましたが、割愛します。結局は私自身が工事を毎日確認し、監督しないと危ういと感じました。在宅ワークがさいわいしたと思っています。また、工事完了確認書に6カ月、12カ月の点検を行うと記載があるのですが、点検は無く、点検時期にハガキを送って、希望する場合点検を行う形に変更したと担当者から連絡がありました。ふざけるな！と言いたくなりますよね。この会社は全て担当者任せで、点検実施状況などは社として全く管理されていない様です。ご自身で工事内容を毎日管理出来ない場合は、お勧めしかねます。 I asked for the outer wall construction.
