★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釣りで汚れたノースフェイスのダウンジャケットのクリーニングをお願いしたところ、汚れが全く落ちなかった（料金1,000円）。しかしその汚れを指でこすると、なんとクリーニングで落ちなかった汚れがちょっと落ちるではないか。後日他店に持ち込んでクリーニングしたところ、汚れは綺麗さっぱり全て落ちた（料金1,300円）。300円の価格差はあるとはいえ、果たしてまともにクリーニングしているのだろうか。クリーニングし忘れを疑うレベルである。
When I asked for the cleaning of the down jacket of the North Face that got dirty by fishing, the dirt did not go away at all (a fee of 1,000 yen). However, if the dirt is rubbed with a finger, the dirt that has not been removed by cleaning may fall a little. Later, when I brought it to another store and cleaned it, all the dirt was completely clean (fee: 1,300 yen). Although there is a price difference of 300 yen, is it cleaning fairly? It is a level which doubts forgot to clean.
