★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to enjoy some beer in a north European atmosphere. The decoration is nice and prices are reasonable though not cheap.
There is a bit of food too for a snack to go with beer. Very pleasant in the warmer months with all the windows opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on Saturday afternoon on 1st September 2018. It was our first and last visit. I really liked the bottled Mikkeller beer I’d bought online so I was looking forward to visiting this place. The first issue was the excessively loud music, which was also limited in its appeal; I’m fairly sure few customers there liked contemporary American R&B and another genre that I was unfamiliar with but no doubt niche.
The styling was rather unique and pleasantly quirky downstairs but upstairs, including the stairs themselves, it seemed like they’d run out of ideas and money; an unfinished project, perhaps.
The staff were moody and certainly not welcoming. The barmaid that served us was miserable.
However, the main purpose was the beer, which was good but questionable in that my partner ordered a weizen that tasted like an IPA; it was definitely served from the correct tap so not sure what happened there.
My porter was good but I’d question the claimed “pint” size glass. This is a common issue in Japan with no apparent rules on drink measures so I recommend asking to see the glass before placing your order. That said, I felt the beer was overpriced, especially as competition in the craft beer pub sector is rife these days in Tokyo so we can get much better value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place in the backstreets of Shibuya. We found this place by accident around the love motel area. The vibe is cozy and chill. They have a good selection of craft beers and some small food selection.
They crowd is mostly younger and mainly expats in the craft beer scene. The prices are a little high but the atmosphere makes up for it.
I would rate this place 4.5 out of 5 and we’d definitely come back to chill out while walking around Shibuya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grabbed a couple of beers here on my weekend visit and was very impressed, as I'm always impressed with Mikkeller products. They had a variety of beer types, so there was a lot to choose from. I tried two Mikkeller brews, but they also had several collab beers on offer.
Small food menu on the first floor, but the hot dog was tasty and I enjoyed it. The 2nd floor offers table reservations if you are trying to go on a busy day.
It's off a quiet side street in Shibuya so it's a good change of pace from the normal hustle and bustle.
Stop in and enjoy a few beers here. Don't forget to pick up some Mikkeller Tokyo branded items if you're a collector like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a vibe. 20 taps. Good selection of beers. Food is good, they had on special Stout Cheesecake "mind blown" ?
One part grey beardy guy behind the bar has some attitude issues, and pricing for sure is mad... But if not for a decent beer I'd never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a beer and a generally cool space to hang out. The selection of beer is pretty solid, and while I didn’t eat anything, I’ve heard the food is good. A lot of foreigners hanging out here, so if that’s your scene, great spot to be. Definitely one of the better beer spots in Shibuya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another oldie review to catch up on from pre-coronavirus... but better late than never, eh?
This is a cute craft beer brewery that has SO many different beers on tap. Sometimes it’s standing room only and you can’t get a chair.
I tried:
1. Marble raspberry hibiscus peppermint sour
2. Alvarado street yeast of eden neon dream oak aged sour w/raspberry
3. Marble cranberry sour short barrel aged
All were different and all were good. Kind of tart.
You can buy little pins for 100 yen, so that’s a cute souvenir. Fun place to check out in Tokyo to try different kinds of beer.
