あ	あいだゆい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保護者の立場から言わせて頂きます。受付の方も、若い監視員の方も丁寧ですが、年配の監視員がとにかく感じが悪く、長いプールで保護者の方が子どもの事で注意されている言い方が、メガホンで大きな声で怒鳴れるような威圧的なものでした。指導者に対しても同じです。監視と言う立場からある程度は仕方がないとは思いますが、怒鳴るほどの勢いはどうかと思います。周りで見ていた人も不快な気分になったのでは？子どもが多く集まる施設だからこそ、安全面もですが、応対の仕方を考えた方がよいのでは？たくさんの保護者が見ていましたよ。早急な改善をお願いします。 I will say it from the standpoint of a guardian.
