肉は三ヶ日牛や竜神豚を使っていて、行くたびにソースや調理法が変わるので、季節折々楽しめる。
山小屋風田舎作りの和風フレンチで、落ち着いた雰囲気。
靴を脱いで上がるテーブル席。
外の緑が見えるのも和む。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼の部が予約でいっぱいだったので夜にお邪魔しました。打って変わって夜は私たちだけでゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。お料理は「ふうコース」を頂きましたが、ひとつひとつがよく工夫された創作フレンチで、優しい味が日頃の疲れを癒してくれました。また、ボリューム感も丁度良く(デザートもワンプレートながらかなり充実、女性はやや多く感じるかも？)、大満足です。
個人的にはドリンクの種類がもう少しあると嬉しいです。ハーブティーはなかなかお目にかかれないのでありがたいですが、特に夜は同じ敷地で売っている美味しい日本酒やジュースのバラエティを活かせると良いのではないかと思います。
The daytime section was full of reservations, so I visited at night. We were able to enjoy our meal slowly at night. I had a "Fu course" for cooking, but each one was a well-developed creative French, and the gentle taste healed my daily fatigue. Also, the volume is just right (the dessert is quite fulfilling even though it is one plate, women may feel a little more), and I am very satisfied.
Personally, I'd be happy if there were a few more types of drinks. I'm grateful that herbal teas are hard to come by, but I think it would be good to take advantage of the variety of delicious sake and juices sold on the same site, especially at night.

ひっそりした緑の中でおしゃれなお店で雰囲気もいいです。
それぞれのテーブルが半個室でゆっくりディナーを楽しめました。
三ヶ日牛のステーキのコースですが前菜にポタージュのスープ、エビ・サーモンのリゾットお口直しを挟んでステーキは赤みでかみごたえもボリュームも充分で美味しくいただきました♪
楽しく時間を過ごすことができました。
味はもちろん丁寧な接客と提供で居心地良いディナーになりました。
隣のテーブルに距離もあり部屋も広いのでコロナ対策も良いと感じました。
ランチも含めてまた行ってみたいです。

It's a fashionable shop in the quiet greenery and the atmosphere is nice.
Each table was a semi-private room and I enjoyed a relaxing dinner.
It's a three-day beef steak course, but the steak is reddish with a potage soup and shrimp salmon risotto as an appetizer, and the steak is chewy and delicious.
I had a good time.
It was a cozy dinner with polite customer service and service as well as taste.
The table next door is far away and the room is large, so I felt that measures against corona were good.
I would like to go there again including lunch.
