Other guitars are available too but not as wide a range.
The owner is friendly and gave me some info about the guitars I was looking for.
Ended up buying a Japanese Fender Strat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store. Four floors with guitars and other instruments at varying price points - including vintage and high end makes. Fender custom shop, Gibson custom shop and PRS custom shop are some of the types of gear they have here. My personal favorite was their PRS McCarty 594 - which is a beautiful guitar and while it's not super affordable, it looks amazing. Fun store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this store. They have four floor, one of which dedicated to Fender only, one to Gibson only and one to vintage and custom instruments only. I didn’t dare to play their vintage Fender Stratocaster selection (‘60 and ‘61 shown in the picture) because I don’t want to own a 2M yen guitar! ? I did try a wonderful Gibson Memphis ES275 thinline. The staff was super friendly and helpful although they barely speak any English. They also have some really gorgeous Japanese Fender guitars which I didn’t have a chance to try.
I noticed that Japanese guitar stores are much quieter than American ones: you can try out guitars in peace without having to deal with a ton of people doing the same in a cacophony of terrible guitar sounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, good selection, really a 4.5 local. Entire Fender floor with both MIJ and MIA stock. Entire Gibson floor as well. Standard prices, be sure to bring your passport if applicable for a little discount on prices. 4 floors of guitar goodness!
